I pick this location over the one closest to me because the food tends to taste better. But the customer service is iffy. I ordered tenders via drive thru and the worker asked me how many? I said 5 because I didn't see the a la carte menu. He replied "the meal?" I said no just the tenders so he replied 3 or 6. I got 6 but never got told the total for my food order until I got to the window. I got charged $14.99 for 6 tenders when I could of gotten the 5pc tender meal for $11.99....read full review
I've been waiting for my food for over 30 mins...in the drive thru....I was told it'd be 5 more mins...10 mins ago...with someone yelling from the back, that I need to move my car up. They don't have any chicken sandwiches. I ordered a 3 piece drk meal, 12 piece tender family meal, and a 4 piece tender meal. I ordered at 904pm. As I type this, it's 939pm. I'm still in the drive thru waiting.

What i got was ok. People in drivethrough were friendly and polite. Didnt have crispy chicken which was disappointing. Arrived 5 hours before close so not sure why not but thats what i went for. Ended up getting nuggets.
