I have been a customer of schwans for over 25 yrs first i. n harford county and now in cecil county.the food is always good.however I've run into ordering problems.if I purchase an item often.I just realized they auto order it.I don't like that.it seems aggressive to me. I don't always order the same thing,if I did I don't want schwans placing my order.I'm very capable of placing my order stop preordering! Just say no to preordering!
Called to get in contact with our driver. Response, we have no way to contact our drivers ? really, this 1 star is a reflection of the Lancaster depot. This is not a rating of our driver, who is a 5.
