The whole team - which shows EVERYTHING about the amazing ? kind human being who own this place (have no clue who he is never met him/her) - is so sweet , all of them so kind , good hearted people who care about others! They will give homeless people use the bathrooms, one of them old and sick, get free coffee every morning!!! A place that support the community like that - the community should support that place!!! No mention their EXCELLENT COFFEE AND SERVICE W A SMILE ? THAT COMES FROM THEIR HEART ❤️SPECIAL THANK YOU , to Garrett for tonight! Another kind sweet person! Friendly staff and very efficient no matter how busy it seems. They got their system locked down.Parking: Location is downtown so only street parking right out front. Some paid, some free but not many. There is a garage a half block away but it isn't free. I work across the street so parking isn't an issue for myself but I have heard others state that they wish there were more free options available
Overall three stars, it look my iced caramel macchiato 12 minutes to make and it took 15 minutes to make my mothers egg sandwich. Not a lot of people were in the Starbucks at the time but they seemed understaffed. It may be better in on other days.

My go to Starbucks. Beautifully situated in downtown lancaster, you can sit by the windows which are floor to ceiling and watch as the busy city life passes by, I enjoy grabbing a coffee at this Starbucks whenever I can and you always meet new friendly faces.

I was at this location about 200pm. I attempted to apply for a job. I was directed by Sarah attendant to go on website for position. She and her commarades were very eager to attend to all patrons. I was impressed on clean the restrooms were at this time. Without a reasonable doubt. I will be recommending to all my friends and patrons. In gods love april rock

I love starbucks, but the Starbucks downtown has to be the worst. Don't get me wrong, I understand that they are trying to be nice and help the homeless out. But the entire store smells so bad that you can barely wait for your coffee. There is nowhere to just sit and relax while drinking your coffee, but then again, who can sit here with that smell.
