Friendly staff and very efficient no matter how busy it seems. They got their system locked down.Parking: Location is downtown so only street parking right out front. Some paid, some free but not many. There is a garage a half block away but it isn't free. I work across the street so parking isn't an issue for myself but I have heard others state that they wish there were more free options available
Overall three stars, it look my iced caramel macchiato 12 minutes to make and it took 15 minutes to make my mothers egg sandwich. Not a lot of people were in the Starbucks at the time but they seemed understaffed. It may be better in on other days.

The whole team - which shows EVERYTHING about the amazing ? kind human being who own this place (have no clue who he is never met him/her) - is so sweet , all of them so kind , good hearted people who care about others!
