The staff is friendly and their products are fresh. The store appears clean and organized. There is a nice patio outside with tables to sit with your friends or family. They’re one of the few places these days that offer samples. Prices at this location have stayed fairly consistent without any alarming price jumps. Free ice for the first day of spring is always a great treat!
The employees are always friendly with a smile on their face! I really appreciate their patience with younger customers allowing them to taste new flavors before making a decision. If you're in Lititz and need a refreshing treat served with a smile (like in the olden days😉) head on over to Ritas!
