This most recent trip was the best Wendy’s food experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s in years. The food was fresh and hot. The staff at the window might need some training in what they say around customers but working with the public sucks, so I understand it.
I have been going here since 2019 as it is better than the one on Lincoln and it is in a convenient location. However, the mobile app works like 45% of the time so not their fault but when it does I get my order done wrong for very basic burgers every so often. For a bit, i stopped using the mobile app but lost out on getting points for “free food”.
