You don't expect a whole bunch at a Burger King Restaurant, But you do expect to be recognized as a customer shortly after you arrive in an empty restaurant, in addition to a smile or welcome and thanks for coming in. That didn't happen and should be provided to any customer by any employee especially from what I think was a Manager. This BK was clean and efficient. Our food was hot and ready quickly. The only thing I do not understand is there are no baby changing tables in the bathroom. There is plenty of room on the walls so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have one.

Food isn't hot when you get it... They don't always put on your sandwich what should be put on. The only way to read the menu is an electronic board with 4 sections... One of the 4 wasn't working, so the manager rebooted all of them, which took longer to order since there was no way to read the menu (the one is still out)
