This restaurant is fantastic for a nice birthday dinner! The food was fantastic, the drinks were great and prompt, and Leah made sure we had a great time. They were so accommodating to our plans. The mushroom flatbread is also so good!

I’ve been here a few times since it opened up again and it’s always good. I’ve always been a fan of their mixed drinks and last night’s was no exception. They didn’t have their Summer cocktail menu out just yet, but the bar tender crafted this lemony gin cocktail with French 75 and I was not disappointed. After a drink my coworkers enjoyed dinner and I order the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and they chicken was cooked perfectly and the fresh pasta was a treat!

Over priced food over priced drinks I got the steak and fries and the steak was tough and chewy and I had upgraded to the truffle fries and was a huge price tag for zero extra flavor of truffle. The girl waitress we had gave off robot vibes although the guy waiter seemed to pick up in it and checked in on us more then our own waitress over not great for the hat you paid

We stopped in as a large group (there were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 kids). Before the closure the Pressroom had a great kids menu and now they offer no children’s options. Which is fine, we were able to find something on the menu for them. The waitress told us they were in the process of changing from their winter to spring menu but the bar can make anything - an espresso martini or cosmo were the only selections suggested. We attempted to order the deviled eggs and were told they were out of them (it was 7pm on a Friday night). We continued to order and got the kids a pizza and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese came out 20 minutes after the rest of the meal. We inquired about it and the waitress said it was delivered to a different table and they were remaking it. The Mac and cheese tasted like noodles. There was so flavor whatsoever - none of the kids liked it. So we ordered a second pizza - which came out black. They removed that pizza from the bill which we were thankful for. The burgers we ordered were not cooked correctly but were delicious nonetheless. They offer nothing gluten free which was an issue for one in our group. This unfortunately is the second time in the past few months we have tried to pressroom (large groups each time) and both times we left more disappointed than satisfied. It’s hard to want to try to come in again and spend a decent amount of money for dinner where we leave disappointed. Maybe they just aren’t the place for large groups.

Dietary restrictions: They do not offer many (if any) gluten free options.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

2nd visit for us two months apart: the food was delayed and when it arrived it had been graciously allowed to cool so we would not burn our mouths. I tried the pizza this time and it was shaped like the lower 48, quite patriotic, and the crust tasted like a chef boyardee mix similar to a high grade play-doh. The salad had hints of dressing. The alfredo pasta had cheese sprinkled on plain fettuccine, served congealed, sticky, and slightly warm in the center, military style, in keeping with the theme. I must say that the server provided a dessert on-the-house for the delay. I noticed a merchant fee of 3% added, so that alone will prevent me from returning to this fine establishment again.

We were in town for a dance competition and wanted to get away from the chain restaurants in the area we were staying iso booked a reservation downtown. We really wanted to love this place but it was very disappointing. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were very sweet however the food was just flat out bad. For a Saturday evening the place wasn’t very busy which should have been our first sign. Apparently the restaurant is transitioning menus from winter to spring so there were only two craft cocktails available from those listed and it was also out of a few menu items. The steak frites cut for the evening was flank steak which we thought was random and overpriced so we passed on that option. We started with the arugula salad and margarita flatbread. The salad was to come with burrata but came with a handful of mozzarella balls instead. When we asked why we were told it hadn’t been updated on the menu. The flatbread was edible to my 9 year old but the sauce tasted like it came out of a can or jar. For dinner we shared the fettuccine alfredo, truffle fries and crab cakes. The fettuccine alfredo was actually spaghetti Alfredo which was just odd but tasted pretty good. The market priced crab cakes ($48) accompanied by what was essentially a side salad was beyond disappointing. Far too much filler and a weird texture. Took two bites and didn’t finish the rest. Thank goodness for the truffle fries as it was the best thing we had.We enjoy eating out and do not mind paying for a good meal but this place was underwhelming and overpriced.

I was visiting Lancaster with some girlfriends for the weekend and we had this placed picked for dinner. The overall atmosphere was alright, it wasn’t as packed as I figured downtown would be on a weekend. Our waiter Nikki was prompt and greeted us within a few minutes of sitting down. Unfortunately when it came time to order drinks, every drink that we ordered they were out of. I guess because they were in the middle of switching out the Winter/Spring cocktails they were just using up the rest of the ingredients and then will switch over. It was frustrating as well when it came to the menu, as they were doing that . We contemplated going somewhere else but decided to just switch it up and all order something different and for the price of some of the items, it wasn’t worth it to us.I think going forward updating the menu’s accordingly and scratch thru the things you are out of would be helpful. Even having a “limited menu” while switching out seasons.

Really good cocktails and veggie flatbread. Beer options have improved over the last year or so. Full point deduction for the sneaky 3% service / merchant fee on top of what they actually charge. So I'll go somewhere else next time, plenty of places nearby that aren't so disrespectful to the their customers.

We came here over the weekend to enjoy cocktails and good food. Our server Alandra was wonderful. She had excellent recommendations and vert courteous manners. The espresso martini she suggested was the best I've ever had. We were very impressed, it was smooth with a very complex flavor profile. We ordered deviled eggs, the pepper bisque, scallops and burger. All of our food was exquisite, seasoned and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is the restaurant was cozy yet very modern, we enjoyed the renovations very much. We had a wonderful experience, I'd definitely go back and request Alandra again!

Stopped in this place on Saturday, March 30th. The experience was so disappointing. Was not busy at all, but we stood in front of hostess for almost 10 mins while she was on phone. Never acknowledged us until call was finished and then she acted like she didn’t know why we were there. Then as she finally sat us, we sat at table for about 20 minutes. No one EVER came to table to give us water or anything. We got really frustrated as staff continually walked past us. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon. Never got any water or any food. The atmosphere looked amazing. However, I will never go back due to this service. We left after not being acknowledged. Another group was leaving at same time who also mentioned that they waited too long and was never waited on. We mentioned this to hostess that no one ever came to table, she said told the server that we were there, but ??‍♀️I had high hopes for this place and was heartbroken that this happened.
