“I had not been at this place in a long time but when the Friendlies down the street no longer served breakfast we decided to try it. The food was excellent and it came quickly with very good service. We have been back three times I believe since that first visit and everything was good each visit. Prices are fair and they usually seem to have some kind of a special going on.“

“Just had a delivery. Ordered their cheese burger rare. I wanted a nice juicy burger dripping in flavor. Came 80% close. But loved it. I'd order it again Driver followed instruction. The only thing. Like customer service on phone. Don't speak eng listening so communication was like talking on phone tech support. But the food was good. English speaking not so much“

“For us, this is the “Year of the Diner” and the Mayfair did not disappoint. It is a large diner with the usual diner fare. Our waitress was great! Friendly and accommodating to our requests. The food was good, served quickly. The shredded potatoes with crunchy edges were a surprise. The diner is accessible, with wide isles, plenty of open tables and roomy booths. The staff sang happy birthday to a 5 year old behind us. Very sweet. Lots of families. The spaces in the parking lot are on the small side, so cars are very close to each other, making it difficult to get in/out of the car doors. There is also street parking right in front of the diner.“
“Had the nova, latke Benedict. Excellent combination. Lox Benedicts are one of my favorite; latke raised the bar and a large portion. Topped.off w Chocolate Babka which weighs a ton and is outstanding. Service was great and friendly as well. I Don't live too close; but will be back when I can.“

“Food was very very good. I was surprised thinking it will be lack luster diner food. Wich is fine cause I like the old diner crap food once in a while for nostalgic reasons mostly I guess. Anyway the Sunrise Diner was great I had a simple 3 egg breakfast with home fries and sausage and bacon. My wife had chicken pot pie it looked great golden brown flaky and filled with lots of chicken and veggies and gravy. Came out quick hot and cooked perfectly the service was excellent couldn't ask for better. Oh very good coffee. I highly recommend the Sunrise Diner for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Very good & very reasonable. A+++“

“Not crazy about Jakes in Newtown therefore I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the Richboro location as much as I did. Service was right on. Pleasant, friendly and efficient...just what good services is all about. My feta omelette was cooked perfectly and quite good. The restaurant is larger in the inside than what it looks like from the outside. Three rooms with a bar in the 3rd room. Lots of comfortable booths. Looks like it could use some modernizing but still comfy and clean. I think of Jakes as a breakfast restaurant so I was surprised to see a full bar and open till 10pm. For a "breakfast" restaurant I give it 4.5 stars...rounding it up to 5.“
“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and had a really good time. The food was great, the hostess/waitress was fun and personable, and it's great to see her interaction with the regulars. The restaurant decor is a little dated, but it fits the feel and the food and I wouldn't change hardly a thing. This is the diner we've been missing since moving to New Jersey.“
