The women are usually nice that serve, however the order is often wrong. I don't know if they just aren't listening or they have an issue with their radio headset but if you don't repeat things multiple times and then double-check what's on the monitor, something is bound to be wrong. Today I specifically asked for a hot coffee with cream and flavoring and I got only flavoring. This is probably the fourth time they have just not added milk or cream. Not sure...
Repeat customer of this location, mostly for convenience. In my last 3 visits to this location, there has been some issue with my order or service. Today, I went inside and literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes (9:10-9:15) without any acknowledgment and I walked out. Last time my donuts were picked with extra force "damaging" them. While I personally don't care for beauty of the donut, my clients and customers do when they think I poked holes in them. I understand...
6 years been my wake up partner ..They know me by my name and recognize me by my 1st "good mornin" and have my order ready without flaws.. BY far the best people and service I've ever had at a DD location
