They do not honor gift certificates
I picked up an order of chicken fingers for my boyfriend, and he found a bone in one of them. I sent them a message on Facebook messenger about it and they said to call them and they would resolve the issue. I picked up another order a few days later (NOT chicken fingers) and I asked to speak to the manager. I explained what happened and showed him the picture.
