First time having Popeyes. Had it delivered. Only got it because Ice Cube said it was his favorite lol. Ordered chicken, biscuit, fries and Mac. I'd get the chicken and fries again.
The store was fine. The app was absolutely horrible. I tried to order on the app putting all the things and I've done this before and it wouldn't let me continue with the order.Another one. It didn't give me the option of pickup or delivery just delivery but I wanted to pick the order up and on the offer it said pick up only. Unfortunately, the stores can override this and it made that part of the experience very negative

I ordered a 5 piece tenders meal and they only gave me 1 sauce. When I asked for 1 more sauce they charged me 60 cents. I understand that they can't give out tons of sauce for free, but I assumed you would at least get 2 free sauces with 5 tenders just like other Popeyes restaurants. If the owners are worried about charging for sauces no matter how many tenders you order, it seems they have bigger issues. In the meantime I will take my business elsewhere.
