April 2024: this place is busy in the morning. However they prioritize making drip coffee over espresso. I saw my cup in the espresso line but they kept filling up iced coffee and hot coffee that came after me. Had to remind them of my order.Also, I don't know if this is a standard trick with Dunkin. They always give me chocolate glazed donut instead of Boston cream. This has happened many times in different locations and specifically to take out orders.

They get my doughnut and coffee order wrong half the time, but the thing that really bothers me is the Indian guy in charge in the mornings (owner or manager?) treats his staff very poorly in front of customers and he doesn’t seem to care that he’s talking that way in front of us. I honestly don’t know why the employees still work there for him.

Great Dunkin shop. Employees are nice and polite. Service is fast and courteous. Food and drinks are as good as in most of Dunkin. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was big, and very well prepared. Ingredients as fresh as you can get. Really stands out from the rest.Great Job ?
