Huge regret ditching the pizza spot for Izumi Sushi. The staff acts nice just to rush you out fast, the inside’s loud and cramped—zero chill vibe. That sashimi was straight frozen thawed garbage, super mushy and not fresh one bit. Also their prices are absurd for how mid the food is. Would’ve had a way better meal at the pizzeria, never coming back here.

My wife and I have eaten at many sushi restaurants across the country and on several cruise ships and this is our favorite restaurant. The owners and sushi chefs are amazing and extremely talented. I would advise any sushi restaurant goer to at least give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Today, however, I went to pick up an order through a food delivery app (I prefer not mentioning the company name) and politely asked if I could use the restroom. To my surprise, I was told, “Restroom is only for customers.” I found this response is unnecessarily rude. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such unkind service, and unfortunately, I’ll be avoiding this business from now on.

We have been ordering sushi here for years. Tonight, I decided to switch things up and try the hibachi. Did not disappoint!! Truly some of the best take out I have ever gotten. The tray was loaded with food, and you get soup or salad along with fried rice. I did chicken and steak hibachi. And will continue to order that.
Sushi party platter can feed at least 5 people.
