Starbucks shops generally are good. This one filled my latte 3/4 of the way and I had difficulty getting somebody's attention to fix it. But when I finally did, the young man acted like he could care less whether I liked it or not.

This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits.
