I love a good Taco Bell run. Today my kids wanted to eat in the restaurant. 25 minutes after ordering and conversing with a family that was there 10 minutes prior and they were still waiting my husband went to check on the order. The guy at the register said “it’s bad back there” What?!? We got our food eventually. It was fine, but I didn’t get half my order. Waited another 20 minutes for my food and decided it was a better choice to go home and pour myself a drink… yikes! Think I will head to Souderton or Montgomeryville for my next Taco Bell craving

The Lansdale Broad St. location seems to have a difficult time moving the drive thru traffic especially during peak hours. My visit this time was at 11:45pm and we had great service and the food was still delicious! Pleasantly surprised and I’m happy to know know that they still serve fresh fast food even when it’s close to closing time.Location is simple being on the main road of Broad St.staff was friendly.Service was efficientMenu is standard along with the pricing.Cleanliness and atmosphere- can’t comment since I was in the drive thru lane.Overall it was good.

Food is what you expect. They do tend to get orders wrong and they are so unfriendly every single time that you don't even want to put yourself through talking to them again to fix anything if it's wrong. But when u do have a craving for junk food it's still taco bell which is sometimes exactly what you want. If the staff wasn't so rude and miserable it would be 5 stars.
This store is closed for 3 months for a remodel
