Sooo underrated as a live jazz spot. Amazed more folks don't seem to know about it. Food isn't what you'd expect to find at a jazz/blues club and is a bit too eccentric for me.

Service staff is easily overwhelmed at this lovely intimate venue. Kitchen churns it out. Go for the Asian offerings over American food (fries, steaks, etc) any and every day as the owner and kitchen operator shines at ethnic cuisine.

I had a great experience at @jameyshouseofmusic Saturday night! The Resurrection of Screamin Jay Hawkins band was there for a performance. Not only did people turn out from the local areas, we had the opportunity to perform for Jay's daughter Helen Perez! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the calm of the place.
