I ordered my food via BK app. I was only 15 minutes away, when I got there were 4 cars in front of me waiting to order their meals in the drive thru. It took me 30 minutes to get to the ordering screen, I was told they would be with me in a minute. I tried to explain that I had a mobile order and the woman got snippy with me. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AND THAT THEY WERE EXTREMELY SHORT HANDED. I only wanted to be able to move away from the screen so someone else...
our family waited it the drive thru for just a few seconds before deciding that the line was to long and we would go inside to order we were approached by a manager who was very sorry for the wait but it would take a little before getting to us. when taking our order he continued to say sorry and made sure we were taken care of they seemed to be very under staffed but to my eyes and how fast we got our food after our order was taken i think they did an amazing job.
