“In my excitement for sweet tea and chicken strips yesterday, and getting to sit down back at tables in the store, I left my wristlet on the seat by accident. Luckily, this is Chcik Fil A and they have the best staff and people and someone (Nevada I think) found it and they kept it safe for me until I reached out on Facebook and could pick it up today (from Keith, Key? sorry if I got it wrong). Nothing missing, saved me so much stress and concern. Thank you so much for having excellent, honest, trustworthy people working here ♡“

“Had a great experience! Todd was amazing. He was ready to lock up and was kind enough to let my mom and I come in to look at the menu and pricing. That turned into him just offering to let us sit in there and eat and personally waited on us hand and foot. He's the standard bearer for what a manager should be and should be proud of himself. We will definitely be back there to eat again (because the food was amazing as well, which I almost forgot to even mention). 😂 Give them a chance. Especially if Todd is working.
