I've been a customer for over 30 years. I have never had such terrible service. we had 5 adults and 1 small child. we ordered 2 pizzas and 3 appetizers. the appetizers were cold and didn't come out until after the pizza. they only refilled 1 drink. when the bill came they charged us a $21 tip on our bill without asking us. when we asked about it they said when we are busy we add the tip so we make sure we get tipped. Recently. Gino's has been a serious disappointment. The last two times that I was there they ran out of ziti...around 6:00 pm. They are open till 9. They offered the lasagna special as a panacea...NO, thank you. Last night I waited for 40 minutes to be seated when there were clearly empty tables and booths. What should have been a great family experience turned out to be a headache-- not a regular headache, but more like a migraine. There were so many issues that I'm not sure where to begin-- the online menu is not the menu presented to us, the waitress had to get simple answers from others (which shows the lack of training).
