My favorite pizza, can't come to town without taking one home with me.

This place has really took a turn for the worse since 2020. A friend and I went to Ginos to eat yesterday as I was so excited because I grew up loving this place! I was disappointed to see the waitresses wearing ripped jeans and had ear pods in, I thought that was very unprofessional but whatever. But what really got me was, and yes I was a waitress at one point too, WHY DO WE NO LONGER WRITE ORDERS DOWN??? I asked for a tossed salad with no black olives or beats. Literally 5 minutes later with the salad she said she made, the waitress came back and said you ordered ranch right? Sometimes I forget. I said yes but can I have a plate so I can remove all the black olive and beets. She did offer to make me a new one but it was already there. Later when we finally got our food, my friend asked for a Stromboli with sauce on the inside. You guessed it, sauce was in a cup on the side. He did not much care for his Stromboli; side note. Food was ok. We have had better for $60. I guess some things are just left in the past.

Nice little place for families. Sometimes a bit slow, but not too bad.

The pizza was good but don't like sweet sauce. The bread sticks were good but still sweet dipping sause. If u like sweet sauce would recommend them. I just do not.

I've been a customer for over 30 years. I have never had such terrible service. we had 5 adults and 1 small child. we ordered 2 pizzas and 3 appetizers. the appetizers were cold and didn't come out until after the pizza. they only refilled 1 drink. when the bill came they charged us a $21 tip on our bill without asking us. when we asked about it they said when we are busy we add the tip so we make sure we get tipped. There were only 2 other tables with people. unfortunately I will NEVER go back.

After 38 years, I think it's time for a new restaurant. All the food was cold. The appetizers didn't come out until after the food. That wasn't even the issue. The $25 tip they added to the bill without permission is. The service was terrible. When we asked why they automatically added a tip the waitress said oh its because some people don't tip.

Service was excellent and the Homemade potato and cheese perogies was awesome.

The pizza is always great. The server was grumpy and rude.

The 4 of us had dinner 1/4/25 and the server Gray was exceptional. She was busy with 6 + tables and had such a cheerful personality. Her kindness to the guests that night was a pleasure watching. She is a real asset to your restaurant and I did not want to pass up the opportunity to let you know.

Best pierogi pizza EVER- I ask for extra sauerkraut, well done please! I am always more than happy & my boyfriend loves it too. Thank you Gino’s!

Every time we come back to Pennsylvania to visit we make it a point to stop and get the 25cut big boy pepperoni pizza. Our family loves Gino's pizza!!

Not a huge fan of the sweet sause. I like savory sause. Jioio's has sweet pie crust but they use savory sause. I personally won't be back but it's just my opinion of my taste.
