The pizza is reminiscent of pizza I had as a child. It's the cheese that they use. Very good This is take out. You can't eat there.

Based on the reviews, Pitstop Pizza is a great pizza place with a mom and pop shop vibe. It is a small, cute little joint that does the job. The pizza is delicious and fantastic, with a sauce that is not too sweet and a crust that is not too thick and gets nice and crispy on the bottom. There are plenty of toppings, including fresh mushrooms. The pepperoni rolls are out of this world, and the pizza muffins are the best. The menu also includes gyros, subs, and strombolis. The service is 5 stars, with wonderful people, a kind and welcoming owner, and a cool guy who makes the pizzas. The deals are unbeatable, with a medium pizza being the size of a large elsewhere for only $13. It gives a warm home vibe. The only downsides are no seating and very little parking, but wait times are decent. Highly recommended.
