Food is excellent, service was good. Atmosphere was friendly. I've been to restaurants in all 48 states and I would have to rate this one one of the BEST! I came from St. Louis for Christmas with the family and "had to" go to Heiseys for their spectacular roast beef sandwich and ALSO chocolate cake with peanut butter icing! 😋
Great food at VERY reasonable prices. Put that together with great service and that's a recipe for a great restaurant!

Heisey's Diner is a great spot for a meal, with a larger dining area than it appears from the outside. The diner can accommodate large groups, seating 11 people without reservations, and serves food quickly without rushing. The atmosphere is friendly and kid-friendly, with a welcoming vibe among workers and customers. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. Take-out options are also available, including large orders like 6 dozen wings.
The menu offers generous portions at very reasonable prices, such as the Hungry Man which comes with 2 massive pancakes, amazing sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and eggs for only $11.65. There are daily specials and some amazing desserts. The diner has a charming old-school feel with lots of chrome, and the food is good, including great ribs, veggies, and best of all, amazing breakfast choices. While some menu items may slightly detract from the classic vibe, many customers agree that Heisey's Diner is the best diner in the area and would return in a heartbeat.
