“I come here every day, normally I get my smoothie made by Miranda or her son who makes my smoothie excellent. They listen to what I want, and they make it to perfection. The reason why I’m leaving four stars is because there’s sometimes comes an issue with other staff that are there that feel the need to argue. I asked them to make it the same way that Miranda and her son makes it, but they tend to argue and say that they will charge extra.. it’s crazy because I already pay extra and they don’t give me the extras that I pay for.
The weird thing is too is I know not everybody’s having a good day for customer service, but if you’re in the industry at least act like you wanna work there as if YOU were the paying customer.
Before the same young lady was accommodating and asked me if my smoothie was the correct texture because she remembered me coming in before. Now at this time is a different story and she decided to be argumentative with me instead of just saying that they would remake my smoothie that I pay $10 + for and how she’s a manager and it’ll be the same out come because they’ll make it the same way unless I pay EXTRA EXTRA for 3 pumps of peanut butter. Like girl fr?

Sometimes I give them the benefit of the doubt and there’s been days when the young lady that has made my smoothie has made it good, but it seems to be more argumentative than customer satisfaction than anything & that’s just annoying.“
