We got take out here a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal, filet and shrimp. We got it again today and not quite as good. Not as much filet, only 1 mushroom and lots of broccoli!! Also ordered sushi this time and they put it in the same bag as the hot food. Sushi is supposed to be cold!!!

We have ordered sushi take out a number of times and it’s delicious!We went recently for hibachi for the first time, it was excellent. Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and the staff were great. It was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us by bringing him a dessert and singing.Dietary restrictions: My relative is allergic to shellfish and they accommodated this really well

Kids hibachi is very over priced rice was mushy and flavorless. Definitely didn't crisp first before put in take out container.

Since Covid... while they've been closed except take out. We ordered from them regularly and they did pretty good. Something has changed for sure. The last 3 time we order take out, they screw it up royally. They gave us the wrong food and blamed us for giving them the wrong order number when in fact we were asked for a phone number... have it to them, paid, receipt was right but food was completely wrong. This last time they gave is the wrong order for one of the people that ordered. $50-$90 on average and they still get it wrong and blame the customer every time. Go to Lancaster @ Park City. They at least get food right every time. Much more pleasant atmosphere as well. Done with you Kugo.

Great food along with great customer service. We ordered 3 Hibachi orders for take out and ask for extra sauce which they added to our order. They also honored a discount coupon.

Took family for dinner. Hibachi order was fine. But we never got our sushi or appetizers. Didn't check on us if we needed refills. Had to flag server several times for all the above issues. People next to us also didn't get their sushi or drinks.People getting take out were waiting for a really long time. Other hibachi table had people commenting where there check wasWas unfortunate for a first time visit. Won't revisit.

The place is not very clean. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and updated. They're similar to a gas station. The A/C units on the wall are greasy. Water glass had something sticky on the rim and a rice grain in it, little sushi soy sauce dishes had some unknown objects in them. Then there was the food, too much soy sauce and glaze on everything, seemed like they were covering up something. The Sushl roll was not fresh (tuna and yellowtail). Sat at the hibachi table and chef was so-so as far as entertainment, but not so good at cooking, scallops were burnt on one side and raw on the other side. Maybe I'm getting too picky as the years go by, but I really did not enjoy anything about this place. Oh, 3and after all that, $60 for 2 people and no alcohol.

I have Sushi all over and this by far is the worse I have ever ate. I hope I do not get Ill the surf clam was slimy and the fragrance was strong from the other sushi I got threw almost all of it away the yellow trail which I ate first was fine The Salmon and surf clam was sus. Stay away

Took my young son here for a late lunch today. He was excited to see they had tempura and that it came with miso soup. He order shrimp tempura and veggies. It came out looking delicious. The shrimp was large and the veggies looked fresh. He also got a nice helping of rice to go with it all. Of course, being so much, he had leftovers. I ordered the sashimi appetizer, sushi appetizer and Miso soup. So good. We both enjoyed our meals and my son calls it the best place for oriental food ever! As soon as we walked out the door, he was already asking when we could go again.

We came here all the time throughout the years.. And every year it got less and less in portions... Was very excited when they reopened and took the whole family for dinner.. was told we had to use a QR code to see the menu and order online. We had a big party and there is no way we were doing that. 2 employees sat at a table that worked there.. I don't understand why they just couldn't take our order, but we asked and they did come over. I can't see anybody going to restaurant and ordering on your phone, on 1 phone for everybody. We are out to relax and not have to work so hard. Offer soup and salad not just one or the other. And salad should be more than just some lettuce with dressing on it. Used to be amazing years ago... Not going back because we have to work too hard just even order.
