My teenage granddaughter and two of her friends went to eat at the Lebanon kugos yesterday afternoon they ordered three dishes. two of them came out at the same time and when they were almost done eating the last one came out which I think is ridiculous. they should have fed them together then they charge them 15% on the receipt that the kids say were not told about and then one of them paid in cash and they never gave her her change back. is this the kind of place kugos is?
I hadn’t been here in years, but I was in the area, so I decided to order takeout sushi. I checked my bag as I was walking out and realized an item was missing. I went back in and he told me it was on the bottom of the bag. I took everything out to show him (there were two small boxes of sushi) so it was pretty obvious the spring rolls were missing. My boyfriend and I came for Hibachi and it was delicious! The show was great, the staff are friendly, and food is perfect!! Can’t wait to come back!
