“Long time take out customer, first time dine-in recently. Their pizza reminds me of a pizza place I used to go to in Manhattan, crispy crust with the little pepperonis that curl up real nice! Their #14 special hoagie is AMAZING. Not many places can come up with a sandwich of that quality. Inside is very clean and the staff/customer service is the best, curtious and fast!!! A nice family owned business that cares about the future and legacy of that restaurant.“

“I get the grandma pizzas every week and holy SMOKES…very good quality ingredients, masterfully proportioned cheese and toppings like REAL ITALIANS do…not sloppy with way too much stuff…just exactly right so the crust has some crisp but nothing is dry. The bruschetta has fresh, real, raw garlic in it (which is always a good sign of real Italian food flair!). This is my new place, and they’re gonna have to try real hard to get ridda me!“

“Myself and my almost two year old grandson, walk down to Pizza Italia. Everyone is friendly and food is great with great price. Huge portions. Always get fries and either pizza or a cheeseburger which are great. Fries crispy outside and good inside.“

“I just encountered the rudest woman (employee) working here. She treated me like a criminal from the moment I walked up to return an incorrect sandwich. No customer service skills. She reminded me of the soup N*** from Seinfeld only 50 times worse. I will never go back. Ever. She was that rude.“

“My friend and I dined here last evening and we had the most remarkable experience. Our server, Cheyenne, was absolutely incredible!! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and extremely personable. The food was delicious and the overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be back!!“

“Big female manager was whipping the 3 nice employees like it was a death camp. Meanwhile theres 6 people in the restaurant. No urgency at all or reason to be rude to her staff. Young employees seemed SO nice and shouldn’t work another day under her.“

“This place is great in many ways. I try to stop here anytime I’m coming back up 61. I can’t speak on the whole menu, but there are 2 things that stick out to me. #1 is their bread & pizzas. You can just tell that their sub rolls, pizza dough, & bread sticks are all from scratch, which I think sets them above a lot of pizza joints I’ve been to. #2 is just simply the quality is amazing, especially their pizza sauce. Every time I’ve went in, everyone has been super friendly as well. Lastly, the prices are great, which speaks volumes with the way prices are these days. Highly recommend!!!“

“This has become my family favorite pizza spot! The staff is friendly and do seem to care about each customer that come through their door. The manager made the most delicious pizza I have had in a while, our son even ate the crust and he always leaves it! The wings were amazing and covered in sauce, just how I like them. “The wait time was a bit long, which is understandable given the high demand for freshly made brick oven pizzas. However, the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere more than made up for it. The pizza is consistently excellent—just be mindful of your topping choices. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot that I highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit for a delicious bite.

“Food is amazing. I seriously could eat there everyday! One of my favorites is the Cheese Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with chicken. The Alfredo Sauce is fresh made and the best I have ever had. Staff is always super nice and attentive even when they are busy which is always.“

“I usually get the same items about once a month. The oil and vinegar requested on the side of my cold sub was opened, dumped all over the bag, and got onto the hoagie roll making some of it soft/mushy. The cold sub I ordered was warm because it was put in the bag with hot food. The small pizza: The crust was different this time (heavier/thicker) and the cheese was all over the box lid due to putting food on top of it. The tiramisu: it is usually a light dessert that highlights flavors of amaretto/coffee. What I received was an attempt at making it look like tiramisu but there are no hints of coffee/amaretto and it's very heavy (almost like a cheesecake consistancy). When addressed, Sophia's basically said I don't know what I'm talking about and everything was made as it usually is. For that reason, they lost me as a customer.“
