I have a heart problem that I cannot have regular tea I have to have decaf my husband went and got me a decaf tea yesterday and the tea bag was inside the tea so thank God I opened the lid to look for the tea bag because they put a regular tea bag inside the tea even tho the sticker read decaf, and I called and got a rude response from a lady, and then today my husband went back and got a decaf tea for me and they gave me a coffee! Dunkin' is a typical doughnut shop with good coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are the bomb and the food is good a majority of the time. The location is good, with wheelchair accessibility, but parking can be challenging and it gets crazy packed in the mornings. The staff is friendly, though service can be slow with waiting times during peak hours.
