Their food is great but their service is very poor. They frequently leave the host stand completely empty for several minutes at a time, and are incredibly slow even when the restaurant is basically empty. They’ll see a line forming at the host table and will completely ignore their guests while the staff stands in the back talking.

So refreshing to experience true hospitality in a restaurant. We went to Kamrai to celebrate a birthday. They staff were very sweet to my little ones, anticipating their needs (for example, bringing us a plastic fork when my toddler was clumsily trying to use a big, metal fork.)
