Not from the area and tried this DD.This location is awful. Went today for a iced coffee the person at the registered looked at me and skipped me completely. Then didn't even give me a receipt just walked away from the register. He was super rude and shouldn't be working somewhere if he doesn't understand there is a line for a reason. Place looked dirty. To add to it my order was wrong idiot
Update - call from franchise owner today apologizing for his error. Good gesture. Visited today (6/11), ordering a cold brew coffee. I had a perks coupon due to the daily visits I make to DD. The owner proceeded to tell me this is a very expensive drink to make, and the perks coupon can only be used for regular or regular iced coffee, then walked away. This is bogus, as I reviewed all terms and conditions. I didn't go back to show him, and needless to say will never step...read full review
This is a very Friendly Dunkin' Donuts. The Manager and his staff aim to please.This is a very clean coffee shop. I don't mind going the extra mile when in turn they they make it a pleasant experience, pleasing you every way they can.
