I asked for an ICE coffee.
Got my cup - NO ice at all!
Son just went back in with it and was told they put less ice. really? got home took off the lid - ZERO ice and it's warm. Zero concern to rectify the situation.
I just got yelled at and told I was wrong when I asked for the whipped cream i ordered on my latte using the app. he wouldn't even look at my order on the app, just kept say6i was wrong. then when I had enough of being g told this even when I tried to show him, I couldn't get a refund. yotesh is the worst.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Straight disgusting! My caramel latte was burnt or old, I couldn’t drink it all they put sugar in it after I asked for Splenda & my bacon,egg & cheese sandwich the bacon was all white it was pure fat all of it. I’ll never go there again, and I would suggest not to either.
