“I wanted to taste and see what the difference was between Italian Ice and Water Ice. I have to say it's good but if you are borderline diabetic don't try water ice. They need a smaller serving size which is my only complaint. I had the sour apple, with vanilla ice cream and vanilla soft serve on the top, but I couldn't make it to the vanilla ice at the bottom of the cup. Very good prices and service was good.“

“1st time here and the reviews are all correct! Great tasting ice cream! I got the pistachio & salted caramel w/chocolate covered pretzels and sooooooo good! Creamy and flavorful! Our son got the birthday cake and loved it so much he got a straw to drink the remaining melted ice cream! Priced fairly as well. Staff fast and friendly!!! Glad boba is nearby! Taro milk tea is always my go too.

If they didn’t have what I wanted which was rare Bryan would make it for me in minutes. So sad today there done. Have a safe winter see you all in the spring. Peter, spoke well English and I was able to communicate with him well. He was very honest when I gave him too much money during my transaction. “Closing time is 9:30 according to website. Arrived at 9:07 for ice cream and was refused service. Customers outside the establishment said the staff was very rude to them. Literal children working the window. Made it clear they were not interested in helping us. If hours say closing is at 9:30 you should be obligated to serve your customers until that time.

Received a very nice email from owner. I was pretty hot when I wrote the review—was so looking forward to ice cream that night! Will go back and try for ice cream again another time“

“I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“
