“This is hands down the best Gelato I've ever had. Its family owned and you'll see the owners present at the shop. The owner told us that the cream is imported from Italy. You can see a picture of the cows on the wall from where they get their cream from. You'll also find baked goods and coffee. They are pup friendly so stop by with your dog for a pup cup. This is the best place to come out of Bristol in a long time.“

“We were pleasantly surprised! Both the location and the ice cream won our hearts. The flavors were excellent—we tried a few, and the Lavender flavor was our absolute favorite.

We also loved the small outdoor seating area, which added to the charm of the place. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to check for dietary restrictions. Every flavor was clearly marked for allergens and preferences, including egg-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. Such a thoughtful touch that made choosing flavors simple and stress-free.

I’m Brazilian and also from the state of pará there, the state where true açaí is produced, and King of açaí was the closest to that I’ve ever tried here in the US. Finding them in my town was the best gift I’ve could’ve gotten!! Love love love them!“

“I live walking distance from a Rita's water ice but choose to drive 15-20min to Mom's because they are better in every way than Rita's! They give bigger sizes and prices are cheaper and they have so much more selection of homemade ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice in so many different flavors and combinations and Sundaes and Gelatis and milkshakes! “Went here for the first time today and they were locking the door but we're kind enough to let us in. We tried jersey shore flavor and it tasted homemade. The ice cream was soft and creamy, not at all icy. The Carmel tasted home made and not out of a jar. They are open even though it looks closed when you drive buy. Clean and neat. “We don't often go to the S Olden Ave location but we were pleasantly surprised with the top notch service we received tonight. The two young ladies working there tonight were both very pleasant and friendly, seemed generally interested in providing great service and did a delicious job making our sundaes. We've had less then good service at other local Carvel locations. Very glad we tried going there again.“

“This Rita’s is one of my favorite spots for a treat. Quality and service is terrific. However, there is a huge amount of bees by the trash cans, so while you are walking from your car to the store there are bees and wasps chasing you and even more after you order because you are holding sugar. Personally, I will not go there anymore because of my very bad bee phobia. I understand that little can be done about this, but I think spraying a bee killer spray in the trash cans regularly and also keeping them covered instead of open will make a huge difference. Hope no one gets stung over there. 🐝🐝🐝🐝“

I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“
