“I live walking distance from a Rita's water ice but choose to drive 15-20min to Mom's because they are better in every way than Rita's! They give bigger sizes and prices are cheaper and they have so much more selection of homemade ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice in so many different flavors and combinations and Sundaes and Gelatis and milkshakes! Location is great! Staff is friendly and their product is wonderful. Their variety of custard flavors blew me away. Our local location only ever has chocolate and vanilla. High recommended this Ritas!“

“The other day I went with my family since we were passing through, and I hadn't really tried Rita's so much but such a kind girl called Zareli made my family and I have a great experience, she recommended the frozen ice cream and it was really very good, I would go back once again because thanks to the kind girl I had a great experience“

“No matter when or what time of the day I stopped there everyone was pleasant and had the best customer service skills. If they didn’t have what I wanted which was rare Bryan would make it for me in minutes. So sad today there done. Have a safe winter see you all in the spring. Ps other Rita’s are open for a lil longer but other Rita’s definitely don’t taste like Bryan’s Rita’s.“

“The nice young guy who served is on Sunday 6/2 just after opening could not have been more attentive and nice. A second employee came and he was just as good when I asked him for lids. He made sure I had the right size. Both a pleasure. Our gelatos were done perfectly as well!“

“First off whoever hired to 2 gentlemen who served me today around 6:45, choose correctly. They were both professional, respectful, polite, and on TOP OF THEIR GAME!!! Haven't had Rita's in almost a decade since moving out west. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to make my experience rememberable. “i’d give more stars if i could , they are so kind and sweet. especially liz ! in my opinion she needs a promotion,or better pay because she always goes above and beyond. her customer service is impeccable. they also have such a good variety of ice’s and custards. highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake cream ice, and the pistachio custard. (but seriously give liz a raise and some recognition😊)“

“I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“

“Every Rita's has different flavors! I love that my #1 location (Feasterville) always has best fruity flavors, my #2 location (Neshaminy) had all the best NEW flavors, and now I have a #3 (Penndel). They got flavors that I haven't seen in a long time! A little pricey for the sizes of products, but that's expected in the current political & economical climates.

*What started as a communication of rudeness and negativity, turned into a mutually apologetic conversation where both parties accepted their roles and responsibilities in creating the previous negativity.*

All things aside, this location will definitely stay as my #3 for a long time, or at least until another location knocks it off...“

“I finally got my order right every time I go I get something different and it's not correct I'm more of the five layer gelati but what I really like is how the young people are so polite and professional. you can't help but to put a dollar or two into the college fund. we show our young people respect and teach them respect they give it to us in return. “Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!“
