Today I went to the bridge coffee with my kids and had an awesome experience. Feeling alittle embarrassed at my current situation I stood at the pay it forward board I know the owner could tell I was unsure and anxious so he had me order my families breakfast and with the help of the community and the bridge coffee they covered our breakfast.my kids and I are so grateful. Love the place such a good environment and food. Just wish they stayed open a little later for those evening craving of coffees.
I've been going since they opened. customer service used to be great. there is now a guy behind the counter who claims to be the manager who felt free to tell me off. he doesn't actually hear your requests either. he doesn't like being asked questions. very rude and arrogant. after three times of dealing with him I will never go back. not the Christian ethics I was taught, that they claim their service has.
