I had a brisket platter with baked beans coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. The brisket was very tender and well done I didn't think it was very well smoked it was pretty mild I had the bourbon sauce with it which was okay the baked beans we're just okay nothing special the macaroni and cheese I guess I prefer a certain type I don't like my macaroni and cheese with a smoky flavor the coleslaw was good.
