Waited 15 minutes at drive-thru and never acknowledged I ordered thru the app at 11:15. After knocking on window, I got my sandwich at 12:30. Just 1 of a dozen bad experiences in 2026. I’ve gotten the wrong order. I order a drink only and it took 45 minutes to get my cup.
