Waited 15 minutes for food to come out. They forgot the toy and drink for happy meal, fries for a combo meal and 2 other drinks. My burger looked like it was punched and the play place was filthy. Very dissatisfied
Nearly impossible to find contact info for franchise owners Cheri Thurly- Kim Greenwalt to voice a complaint. Service is poor, food isn't always fresh/fully cooked, orders incomplete. Mgrs/staff rude
It takes forever to get you food through the drive through. After paying we waited 35 minutes for our food to come out

McDonald's serves good and fast food, with a PlayPlace that kids love. The staff are kind and helpful, despite sometimes being short-handed. Although there have been instances of slow service, the employees work hard to keep up with demand. The restaurant occasionally runs out of certain items, but overall, the food and service are satisfactory.
