A really nice meal, friendly staff, good location, and fair prices. I had a No Bun Bleu Burger (without bacon), which came with a few pickle slices, two tomato slices, two pieces of lettuce, and a generous serving of steamed and buttered petite green beans. The beans were very, very tasty. (Fries would be an additional charge.) They have a selection of non-alcoholic beers and mocktails, which is not always the case in Ligonier. My dining partner had a Quinoa Salad with tofu, and...
It's not terrible..however its not what I thought it would be. The food was good in an average way. The service was decent but its just missing the thing that pops. I read all about the meatloaf and tried it. It was good..but its certainly not a headliner. I would still tell u to try it for yourself as I myself plan on going again.. I dont want to judge it on just one visit and will update this if needed.
Came here after skiing at Laurel Mountain, it was the perfect post ski meal. The crab bisque was to die for, I wish I had ordered the bowl instead of the cup. They have a small portions menu that was ideal for what I was craving. My fish sandwich was well cooked and flaky. I also got the spiked hot chocolate which was delightful and warming. Hope to come back!
