Connections Cafe is one of the first places I recommend when visitors to my gallery ask where to eat. They offer a wonderful array of home made salads, terrific gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and soups. Daron’s scones are the best, not to mention her white chocolate raspberry tart. A great place for coffee and tea, as well, in a cozy atmosphere.

Wonderful cafe with healthy food options and fresh salads. Super nice owner! Great outdoor space to sit and have lunch. What a nice little gem in the heart of town. Small parking lot out back. I enjoyed the curried chicken salad and kidney bean tuna salad.

Quick, Fresh, and Unique Flavors in a Historic Old HomeIncredibly delicious! There are several salads, sandwhiches, and soups to choose from, with gluten-free and vegan options.I had the Jamaican Black Bean Soup with a side of Curry Chicken Salad, both were wonderful and satisfying.I'll have to try more the next time I'm in the area: They're known for their grilled cheeses; but unfortunately do not have gluten-free bread.Maybe that will change? ?

Very let down with experiences. Maybe next time make a good one. The food looked well, the the toilets were small and no activities.

I discovered this little Cafe and I immediately fell in love! I'm so happy to have healthy and natural foods to eat, with a wonderful local touch. The food is brought directly to your table whether you sit inside or outside, and the service is friendly and fast. Everything I've ever tried has been delicious! And I feel good about putting it in my body!

Vegetarian options: About 10-12 salad options, some of them vegan. Delicious grilled cheeses and soups. And the all natural herbal tea is lovely to sip.

Parking: Easy parking nearby. Some is meter paid.

I really loved eating at Connections Cafe, but the last time I visited, the owner raised the prices quite a bit. I thought that the prices for her salads were already pretty high.....2 salads for $8 and 3 salads for $12. With her new price increase, the salads are......2 salads for $10 and 3 salads for $15. Why would you raise the 2 salad price by $2 and the 3 salad price by $3? Customers who buy the 3 salad platter should get a quantity discount! There is absolutely no way that I going to pay $15 for lunch, especially for small salads! You could have a salmon or crab cake lunch for less than that! The food at Connections Cafe is delicious, but for $15, you could have dinner at a fine dining restaurant! The owner mentioned that the price of her chicken really went up, so she had to raise her prices. There is only one salad that has chicken in it, all the others are vegetarian, so I guess we are all paying higher prices to support the chicken lovers. Good restaurants go out of business when customer feel that they are being raked over the coals with prices that don't make sense!!! How much does it really cost to make salads? They are one of the cheapest things to make and everyone knows that!
