“I always have so much fun when I go to the Trappe Tavern because it's an excitement in the atmosphere where people are engaged in conversations laughing but not over the top drunk The food is good and there's people from all walks of life there just enjoying themselves and their family as a lot of games playing on the TVs around. I've had several dishes when I was there a wedge salad to French onion soup I've had the nachos burgers everything is always so good and fresh. The portion sizes are large and the service is excellent. Staff are kind helpful and friend. Prices are reasonable. And there's always a great local beer selection which they let you test before you order. There's plenty of free parking, some outdoor seating, and a little beach area in the back.“

“This place has always been one of our favorites. They have a wide variety of things to choose from,prime rib,crab stuffed mushrooms,hand carved slow cook beef,pork sandwich (it's better than college ville ),turtle soup and so so much more. They just hired a new cook ,Anthony,who is best known for running bravos,he makes the most UNBELIEVABLE pastas and soups,you feel like your at Nona's house when you eat his food,he is far and above anywhere else that sells pasta,he makes ,compania, rigatoni w/meat sauce and lasagna,just to name a few, everything is made fresh and on the premise. They also offer subs and cheese steaks with all the appetizers to go along. I would highly recommend this place for all of their food cravings. If your not hungry they have a full bar and their drinks are competitively priced and our drinks were worth the money . You won't be disappointed trying this place out for a first time“

“Great place to go for a night out - the few times I've been here they've had a DJ and a small dance area with other options on the floor (shuffleboard and video games). The space is spread out so never seems packed enough to be uncomfortable. Bar serves great mixed drinks and a nice selection of beer on tap.“

“I went inside around 2:15pm on May 17th 2025 after the Dogwood Parade and the Carnitas Tacos were slamming good! The server Riley was very friendly and one of the best servers i've seen in a while! The salad I had with the tacos was very yummy and pretty too! I'd eat again here.😊🌮🥗 10/10“

“As we still had a 45 minute drive home, we stopped at the Audubon Applebee's at 9pm for a late dinner after a performance at Shannondell.
Service was quick and friendly and the food was awesome. The tomato basil soup was as good as you get anywhere.“
