“The bartenders Karla & Stephani at Screwballs Bar and Grill went above and beyond with their prompt courtesy service and attention to detail. I never waited for anything during my visit. Karla & Stephanie are RockStar bartenders. Come experience Screwballs Bar and Grill for yourself.Mark Oscar“
“Food was tasty, but the number of menu items is a bit disappointing.Recommend the Daytona Style wings. They are worth the mess. Most know the staff is part of the reason many eat here, but I recommend watching the other guests for entertainment.“
“I had a party for my 10 year old son last night. This was a wonderful event. All the kids (we had 12) LOVED this place. The atmosphere was electric!!We ordered kids meals and all the kids devoured the food. Also had marguerita pizzas, tacos and wings (lemon pepper were to die for). The food came out promptly and was hot with leftovers for the 2 hungry parents to eat at home.Andrew was our Captain Server and he did a great job keeping up with a demanding group. The Manager checked in to make sure we were happy and YES we were beyond HAPPY. The Birthday song hooplah was a hit. Thank you to the staff for that! The boys talked about it all night. Would I do it again? You bet your golf balls!“
“I’m not sure why the PA Buffalo locations seem to get such bad reviews. This was my first time at a BWW and it was excellent. The food couldn’t have been better. The sauce was so flavorful I needed 4-5 glasses of water to stomach it and all I had was 12 boneless wings and some fries. I do NOT do hot sauce lol only mild at the most.Harrison was our server, he was clear, direct, and kind, and did a great job! This place was empty as could be. We were at one of maybe two occupied tables.Parking: It’s never hard to find parking here once you reach the right parking area. It’s free and it’s HUUUGE, much bigger than KOP needed it to be. Just make sure to go to the top of the parking garage. I’ve never seen it that busy, probably because there are so many different places to park around the mall.“
“First time to this restaurant while out on a trip with my husband. The food was decent and the atmosphere was typical of a pub eatery. Service was a little confusing but alright overall. Great spot for a quick bite or to share drinks and appetizers with a group.“
“Great food complemented by even better service! Our server, Erinn, went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable experience. My son has several food allergies and Erinn went out of her way to ensure all of our meals were handled with attention and care. She provided service that is difficult to find elsewhere- we will be returning for her!“
“Went this evening to a work event. The experience was great! We took care of arrangements in advance. We were able to reserve a private area and were assigned Megan to take of our group. The food was great! And Megan did a great job catering to everyone’s needs. She poured beverages timely, kept the room bused and checked on our group to make sure our needs were met. The overall event was a huge success! We had a great time!“
“My friends & I (party of 10) met at Capone's on Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were set up in a room that made it very easy for us to talk with each other while we ate. The menu gave a lot of options for all of us, the service was outstanding, and we were not rushed. Most of us had never been there before, but we all agreed how much we liked it, & we plan to do it again.“
“Introduction:This was my second time coming to this particular location.Welcome:The hostess was nice and sat us immediately.Experience:We had a great waiter. She came to our table shortly after we sat down to get the drink orders and appetizers. We needed some clarity on some items on the menu and she took her time explaining and giving her recommendation based on what she had and what other guest ordered.Ambiance:It was clean, dim lighting, and spacious.Appetizer/Meal:For our appetizer we ordered Tex Mex nachos with our chicken, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos on the side, and fully loaded cheese fries (no bacon). The nachos were good but the amount of chicken given to put on the nachos was a skimpy. I asked why was it so little *chicken and I was told that is the standard amount. The fries were good but some were burnt at the tips. For my entree I had the Atlantic salmon, cilantro rice, and Caesar salad. My food was very good. My son had the Atlantic salmon, mac n cheese, and baked potato. He said he liked his food and he couldn't eat it all. My sister loved the chicken pesto ravioli ( I had this when I came before and yes it is delicious).*the chicken in the picture is the portion (untouched) we were given.Price:The quality/quantity of food (except the chicken for the nachos) was worth the price. Will return: Yes, I will return because overall their food and service is good but I would probably get the chicken on the nachos instead of on the side.Stars: Five stars overall despite the nacho issue.Tip: If you are one to get cold easily ask to sit away from the door during the winter months.“
“The King of Prussia area has seen a lot of growth lately, and having an eatery like City Works is a welcome addition. Much more than a chain eatery, it is a great dining experience where a family or group of friends can gather for some tasty food and refreshing libations. Our server, Tricia, was very attentive to our family gathering and went out of her way to provide us with a great experience. We ate when they offered their Brunch menu, but you could certainly eat from the regular menu as well. All very tasty! One special treat they offered was a flight of Mimosas, a chance to try different flavors; Our group most certainly enjoyed them! I certainly plan on visiting again soon.Parking: Free Parking is generally available in a nearby lot.“
