My wife and I went to the Trappe recently. We hadn't been in years because we felt that the food quality had fallen off. However, a friend had recently told me that he had a good experience with their their two for Tuesday special, so we decided to give it a try.
We were pleasantly surprised. My wife got the ribs and I got the salmon. Both came with two fresh side salads of our choice, Cajun corn, and mashed potatoes.

This was my 3rd or 4th trip to Trappe Tavern and I was still surprised with the quality of the food. Amazing crab cake, delicious ribs and clams. The prime rib is always good and service is friendly.
