I door dashed a sausage egg and American cheese, on an everything bagel. Toasted with Butter Salt Pepper ketchup. Oh and a hash brown. came extremely fast, and was so delicious. And filling!!!! I forced down the second half😏. Then I went on their site, cuz I really had never had such a good everything bagel. The seasoning, the bread! Marone! And they make em fresh, DAILY. “My family wanted to order takeout from here so I called the restaurant to ask questions. To my surprise, the woman I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. First I asked about making the papaya salad vegan but she told me it already had no animal products in it (not even fish sauce) so no adjustments necessary!! Then I asked about the curries and she confirmed that *none* of their curry options include animal products (no dairy no shrimp nothing!). There were so many other options on the menu but I went with the papaya salad which was so fresh and delicious and a green curry with tofu which was also super flavorful and packed with veggies as well.
