From our first tasting through to delivery of a final product on our wedding day, they were one of the most enjoyable vendors we had the pleasure of working with. We entered the cake process with just a vision and idea of what we wanted and this was transformed into a stunning centerpiece cake that showcased so well our creative eccentricity while also retaining some traditional style elements. “I ordered a couple of pizzas today via DoorDash to feed my team. The quality of the pizzas and the flavor was top notch. My only issue was the “large” pizza is tiny. Which normally I would be ok but trying to feed a group at work with those tiny pizzas was a bit rough.“

My old boss loves the strawberry desserts made as well. My son’s favorite is the death by chocolate cupcake. The customer service is superb and second to none. “This was my first time here. Having a recent wheat allergy diagnosis, the food I’ve come across at other places are limited and mediocre. Piazza Sorrento (the restaurant side) has the biggest gluten free menu I’ve ever seen! The gluten free bread, bruschetta, pizza and strawberry shortcake was amazing! I will definitely make the 90 minute drive back to enjoy it again. The staff was knowledgeable about food allergies and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. My daughter is able to eat non GF food and she said her food was just as fantastic!“

“I live over 2.5 hours away from this restaurant. I make it maybe once or twice a year to my favorite restaurant. I love having the build your own pasta. I started cancer treatment earlier this year and my wife gave me an incentive to get through it by telling me she would take me to Macaroni Grill after I completed the treatments. Today was the day. I am sorry, her name escapes me right now, but our waitress went way above and beyond for us. She got me a slice of key lime pie and had congratulations written on the plate. I am not going to lie, I got emotional. The food was awesome as usual. The 5 hour round trip was more than worth it. My waitress should be employee of the year.“

- update. I never followed up w mgmt. I didn’t see the point. A coworker talked me into ordering here again - a year later. I ordered the lemon shrimp fettuccine and it was to die for. Everything was on point. Plenty of sauce. Perhaps they just didn’t have a good staff that day working when I went in the first time. If they keep serving food like today’s experience , I’ll definitely be back.“
