“a shout out to the great job your team did Sunday, February 12, 2023. As busy and as overwhelmed as you guys were with all the large superbowl orders, your team did a fantastic job staying professional and doing the best you could to get the orders out the door as quickly as possible and to accommodate customers questions and concerns at the same time. although not everyone had the extra time available to them to wait, you were very empathetic to each person's needs and doing the best you could. the team did a great job working together and the teamwork went a long way, great job!“

“Staff did not listen to the requests we made both times we went, and my food was cold both times (sitting on the heater), but the food was good after it was remade.
Dietary restrictions: They did make our cheesesteak fresh without onions, however; we waited at least 10 to 15 minutes.“

“Five Guys never disappoints! The fries were incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious. The team was friendly, fast, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, the food was made fresh, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great burgers, amazing fries, and a welcoming team. “Been here a couple times across visits to the park. Philly cheesesteak w/the wiz and onion option were surprisingly great each time.
Wasn't sure what to expect considering it's amusement park food and doesn't get the best reviews but it was really juicy and cheesy and flavorful.
My hypothesis on the bad reviews: it's close enough to Philly that a bunch of people act snobbish about what constitutes a good Philly cheesesteak and this place is a victim of those standards or they're going with the other (provolone?) cheese option.
Way better than the chickie and Pete's cheesesteak at the park.
Pricy but that's just amusement park food in general.“
