Appetizers
Balsamic Bleu Cheese Brewhaus Chips
Vegetarian. Our homemade brewhouse potato chips with melted bleu cheese crumbles, bleu cheese dressing, and balsamic drizzle.
Mountain Nachos
Vegetarian. Melted cheddar-jack cheese, spicy cheese sauce, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, and lettuce piled high on tri-colored tortilla chips with sour cream and salsa on the side.

Grilled Caesar Salad
Vegetarian. We grill half a head of romaine right on the grill for flavor, serve it intact with croutons, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
Malt Haus Salad
Vegetarian. Crisp greens, cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cheddar-Jack cheese, and croutons.
Summit Salad
Fresh baby spinach topped with mandarin oranges, pecans, red onion, cherry tomato halves, and feta cheese crumbles. Served with our raspberry vinaigrette.

Cheddar Ale Soup
A blend of cheddar cheese and water gap wheat ale with potatoes and green and red peppers. Garnished with sour cream, cheddar-Jack cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Curry Ginger Bowl
Marinated chicken in a curry ginger sauce with sauteed peppers, onions, and black beans. Power blend of fresh Napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and kale. Served with steamed brown rice.

Even though it might seem like there are tons of people packed in there, once we were seated it felt like we were in our own private space and it wasn't too loud in there. Our server was quick, attentive and friendly, and the food was hot and delicious.

I have ordered from there many many times, and almost every time has been amazing!

However I ordered my usual to-go order (the veggie burger) and as I was eating it I nearly chipped my tooth!! I was able to identify this small object inside my burger, as a small pebble. I am still unsure of where it came from and I decided that as it has always been delicious and .. edible, I would only contact the manager so they were aware of the situation. (They did nothing)

We went there as a family. We wanted something to eat, which wasnt from the hotel. The service was very welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxed. And food is filling, from the apps to the mains, it is very good bang for buck. The meatloaf special is FILLING. I wouldnt suggest having this if you had appetizers. Definitely comfort food.
