Balsamic Bleu Cheese Brewhaus Chips
Vegetarian. Our homemade brewhouse potato chips with melted bleu cheese crumbles, bleu cheese dressing, and balsamic drizzle.
Mountain Nachos
Vegetarian. Melted cheddar-jack cheese, spicy cheese sauce, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, and lettuce piled high on tri-colored tortilla chips with sour cream and salsa on the side.
Bavarian Pretzel
Our oversized pretzel is served with Browhaus mustard and warm cheddar dip.
Handmade Tater Tots
Shredded taters mixed with bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and fresh scallions served with ranch sauce for dipping.
Roasted Cauliflower Wings
Soft and tender cauliflower wings are roasted. Served with drizzled ranch and onion sauce.

Grilled Caesar Salad
Vegetarian. We grill half a head of romaine right on the grill for flavor, serve it intact with croutons, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
Malt Haus Salad
Vegetarian. Crisp greens, cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, black olives, cheddar-Jack cheese, and croutons.
Summit Salad
Fresh baby spinach topped with mandarin oranges, pecans, red onion, cherry tomato halves, and feta cheese crumbles. Served with our raspberry vinaigrette.

Cheddar Ale Soup
A blend of cheddar cheese and water gap wheat ale with potatoes and green and red peppers. Garnished with sour cream, cheddar-Jack cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Power Bowls
Curry Ginger Bowl
Marinated chicken in a curry ginger sauce with sauteed peppers, onions, and black beans. Power blend of fresh Napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and kale. Served with steamed brown rice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Brews & Fantastic Food!
I had a wonderful experience at Appalachian Brewing Company!
The absolute highlight of the night was their Kolsch beer—crisp, refreshing, and brewed to absolute perfection. For dinner, I ordered the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint. The beer batter on the fish was flawless: light, incredibly crispy, and packed with flavor without being greasy.

Service great. Food absolutely delicious.
My issue is with the straw. I know that's weird. Straw made out of cardboard/ some type of paper. Made the drinks taste strange. Even water.

Great service. We had a wonderful bartender, the beers were awesome, and the ambience was very welcoming. We didn't get food but wished we could have just camped out all day. Had to hit the road, sadly.
