something needs to change here. i never order dominos anymore and i got reminded why tonight. both pizzas were supposed to be extra pepperoni on one side. both turned out to be extra extra extra cheese so much it looks mushed together. the first one was the one on right and it seemed like they cooked multiple layers on at a time then they remake it and send the one on right, again extra cheese but not as much, this time pizzas not even cut

They gave me the wrong pizza, was supposed to get a mushroom and a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, got two mushrooms. I had pictures as proof. I requested a refund on their website. Got an email from the store saying to print out their email, bring it in and I can get a free pizza. I don't own a printer, and I only ever get delivery. So I asked for a refund instead. They ignored me. Emailed multiple times. Ignored. Put in another refund request on the website, got an email saying the issue is already resolved so stop asking.
I decided I'm going to never eat dominos again for the rest of my life out of pure spite. I've been a dominos customer for years, bought countless pizzas. Never buying another one again. You guys lost a customer for life over a simple refund.
If you screw up an order, own up to it and give them their refund.

When I placed my order online, it told me the order would be ready for pick up in 23 minutes. An hour later I was STILL waiting in the store because they hadn’t even started it yet. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, I was met with an angry glare from the young woman at the counter. When the cancellation was complete, instead of pretending to care about my business and simply apologizing for the delay, I was yelled at on my way out for being “difficult” for wanting a refund. I know it is a holiday and they were slammed - I get that. A simple apology would have gone a long way, yet they lost a customer forever.

Ordered an extravaganza and 16 wings, pizza had a insane amount of peppers olives onions and almost no meats, wings were literally floating on bbq sauce, no bathroom available, no parmesan cheese, not even a trash can so i could dump the whole order . Non existent quality control.

The cheese bread and pizza were very greasy and hurt my stomach. There isn't much flavor in the pepperoni pizza. Staff was working hard, but not the friendliest. The waiting area is small and the one chair had water on it.

I would not recommend this location for dominos as every employee here is rude. They force tip amounts on the receipts. Everytime i order from this location we constantly have issues with the pizza either being messed up or toppings being expired or getting food poisoning. We have tried reaching out multiple times to fix the issues and get no where. After the pizzas I ordered yesterday I will not longer be eating at dominos
I had one of the worst experiences ever with this Domino’s location, and I feel compelled to warn others. While I’ve had a few decent experiences in the past, today’s fiasco was unacceptable. I placed an order for the $19.99 deal, which includes cinnamon twists, garlic knots, and two medium pizzas. I’ve ordered from my current address before without any issues, but today was a disaster from start to finish.
The delivery driver claimed to have delivered my food—but not to me. He somehow ended up in a completely different city and falsely reported that the order was delivered. Meanwhile, I was standing outside my home waiting. To make matters worse, the driver then retrieved the food from wherever he had dropped it off and tried to give it to me, but one of the pizzas was missing! I refused to accept the order at that point, as it was completely unsanitary and untrustworthy.
I called the store to resolve the issue, but the manager gave me nothing but excuses, put me on hold multiple times, and ultimately offered no real solution. He promised to call me back but never did. Instead, he kept insisting on sending the same driver back to deliver food I no longer wanted. Why should I accept cold, mishandled food after such terrible service? It’s disgusting and unsafe.
On top of everything, the employee who answered the phone had an unprofessional attitude, which only added to the frustration. It’s clear why this location has the poor ratings it does.
I will never order from this Domino’s location again. If you value your time, money, and health, I strongly advise you to avoid it as well. This experience was not just bad—it was a complete nightmare.

Ordered 2 med. size pizzas. One with tomato sauce & onions the other with alfredo sauce, chicken, & spinach. The pizzas took 40 min to get here. The one pizza the was to have tomato sauce & onions on it had nothing but cheese on it. So, I called and told them about it and they ask if I wanted credit or another pizza. That took another 40 min to get here. So we left the one with no tomato sauce on it on top the stove so we could throw it away this morning. Hubby came home from work this morning @ 6:15. Opened that box up and there was earwigs all over the pizza. He got that out out there real quick. The other left over pizza had no bugs in it but we sure weren't going to eat anymore of that. In the trash it went. We don't have bugs in our house so the bugs had to be in the first bad pizza we got. Where did that one come from???
Not ordering from this one no more. ALWAYS TAKES TO LONG, CAN NEVER FIND OUR HOUSE??????, & NOW THIS. GOODBYE LITITZ DOMINOS

I ordered about a week ago and my pizza was not made correctly. I had a free pizza offer so I tried again tonight and my pizza was made perfectly. I always get extra toppings. My last pizza did not have that at all. Hardly had anything tonight they made it right and it looks amazing.
