I would not recommend this location for dominos as every employee here is rude. They force tip amounts on the receipts. Everytime i order from this location we constantly have issues with the pizza either being messed up or toppings being expired or getting food poisoning. We have tried reaching out multiple times to fix the issues and get no where. After the pizzas I ordered yesterday I will not longer be eating at dominos

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this Domino’s location, and I feel compelled to warn others. While I’ve had a few decent experiences in the past, today’s fiasco was unacceptable. I placed an order for the $19.99 deal, which includes cinnamon twists, garlic knots, and two medium pizzas. I’ve ordered from my current address before without any issues, but today was a disaster from start to finish.
The delivery driver claimed to have delivered my food—but not to me. He somehow ended up in a completely different city and falsely reported that the order was delivered. Meanwhile, I was standing outside my home waiting. To make matters worse, the driver then retrieved the food from wherever he had dropped it off and tried to give it to me, but one of the pizzas was missing! I refused to accept the order at that point, as it was completely unsanitary and untrustworthy.
I called the store to resolve the issue, but the manager gave me nothing but excuses, put me on hold multiple times, and ultimately offered no real solution. He promised to call me back but never did. Instead, he kept insisting on sending the same driver back to deliver food I no longer wanted. Why should I accept cold, mishandled food after such terrible service? It’s disgusting and unsafe.
On top of everything, the employee who answered the phone had an unprofessional attitude, which only added to the frustration. It’s clear why this location has the poor ratings it does.
I will never order from this Domino’s location again. If you value your time, money, and health, I strongly advise you to avoid it as well. This experience was not just bad—it was a complete nightmare.

Ordered 2 med. size pizzas. One with tomato sauce & onions the other with alfredo sauce, chicken, & spinach. The pizzas took 40 min to get here. The one pizza the was to have tomato sauce & onions on it had nothing but cheese on it. So, I called and told them about it and they ask if I wanted credit or another pizza. That took another 40 min to get here. So we left the one with no tomato sauce on it on top the stove so we could throw it away this morning. Hubby came home from work this morning @ 6:15. Opened that box up and there was earwigs all over the pizza. He got that out out there real quick. The other left over pizza had no bugs in it but we sure weren't going to eat anymore of that. In the trash it went. We don't have bugs in our house so the bugs had to be in the first bad pizza we got. Where did that one come from???
Not ordering from this one no more. ALWAYS TAKES TO LONG, CAN NEVER FIND OUR HOUSE??????, & NOW THIS. GOODBYE LITITZ DOMINOS

I ordered about a week ago and my pizza was not made correctly. I had a free pizza offer so I tried again tonight and my pizza was made perfectly. I always get extra toppings. My last pizza did not have that at all. Hardly had anything tonight they made it right and it looks amazing.

I called to inquire about the $4.99 delivery charge on my bill. I know it was the owner I talked to and he told me it was none of my business and did not come back to his business. According to Domino's website the delivery fee is to offset their corporate fleet of cars and gas. Problem is our local Domino's does not have corporate cars. The owner informed me that he pays his driver's 50 cents a mile. I live four blocks from the Domino's so that driver isn't even making 50 cents what happens to the rest of the money? Domino's has lost my business forever. Be advised if you do get delivery you're putting extra money in the owner's pocket.

Pizza is mid, but that isn’t news to anyone. The important thing is that Dominos will actually make your order, and better yet deliver it to your door - unlike other pizza shops in the area that just take your money but then decide to close early. For future reference, the new ‘new york style’ crust is an absolute miss unless you like 100 pounds of flavorless dough surrounding your pie.
When I’m in a pinch, Dominos gets me fed - and that’s what matters most.

Pizza was good but was cold. They were supposed to bring pizza out to the car. I texted I was there and sat there for 5 minutes with my hazards on like they said and no one came. I had to walk in.
Girl at front desk has an attitude that needs checked! Went in to pick up pizza inside. I accidentally jostled the card wrong and their junky system froze. I repeatedly said I was so sorry. Her ignorant reply was throwing her hands up in the air and says ," because people cant read the instructions on thr computer pad or follow the directions". I'm standing right there!!! I stupidly apologized again! If you want to walk in and get Mediocre pizzas with a cranky ,snarky, , ignorant troll who apparently never has accidents .. then go to this Domino's ! With the way the world is already its nice to see people still care about another and show kindness and compassion. Fire or write this girl up because she needs an attitude check. We all have bad days. Never an excuse to be condescending and nasty

horrible experience. i used the mobile app to place an order and everything was fine. but then it never said that it was out for delivery after an hour of me ordering so i called the store. i was left on hold for 10 minutes so i called again and finally got someone. turns out my driver forgot a part of my order(i only ordered 2 items)and was on his way to my house. i said okay and requested a refund and they said okay. 15 minutes later i get a call from the delivery driver saying he’s in a corn field bc they got my address wrong. i told him the correct address and he said he was on his way. i waited 5 minutes and i got a notification my order was canceled!! he had told them that i was the one who canceled the order. do not recommend ordering anything from this store location all of the employees are impotent and careless.

We ordered pizza and it was 2 hours late. We called and said we didn't want the pizza anymore and would like a refund. The manager agreed...after arguing with me. The driver still came and tried to deliver our pizza. I guess the manager didn't let him know so we told him we were getting refunded and didn't take the pizza. We have never been refunded our money and I doubt we ever will be.

Called for carryout. Was put on hold right away. I finally hung up and went to store to order. She said it will be ten minutes. It was more then ten minutes then she said it will be another seven minutes. When we got it home the pizza was thin not hand tossed, dried out and overdone. Will not go back.
