Went to dunkin 2 times yesterday. During my lunch I witnessed a young man and a young women in the back yelling at the crew. If this is the higher ups they need a leason on leadership. You do not degrade your employees like I witnessed. I then came back after work around dinner and was greeted by what seemed to be the most miserable dude I have witnessed yet. His attitude was poor and cussed me out for asking for extra cream in my Carmel iced coffee. He was absolutely the last straw for me. I will not be back. Stop degrading your employees and customers. I do rather hope if those were higher up they see this and apologize to their hard working employees. Higher ups like that are exactly the reason people do not want to work anymore. Be better do better.

I ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich. Opened it up to find they FORGOT to grill it. Cheese was cold and I could remove ALL 4 slices without a problem.

Quality has gone downhill fast
Let's be honest... I shop here every morning... The reason for one star is simply because the other day by $25.0 order was completely jacked up.. I went in today to speak to the manager.. he just kept saying yes yes yes... So I asked do you understand what I'm saying because you answering yes yes is not doing me any good... So I finally said so you jacked my order up which I spend a lot of money each week If one order is $25 add them up for a weekly tote... But yet you don't want to even acknowledge or want to do anything to rectify the situation... I will continue to go there because it was around the corner from my house and that's the only reason... There is another dunking located near where I work I might just start shopping there as I'm a manager where I work and when we jack someone's order up I do whatever I have to do to make that customer happy... That this shop that doesn't seem to be the case and that is extremely extremely sad

Always understaffed. It literally always takes forever to get anything from here. I could have went to a diner sat down and ate my entire breakfast before they can make 1 order to go.

Great service today. The young man on the register was very patient and helpful. He helped us use our rewards point for my grandkids to pick out their treats.

Not one employee seen anywhere. Stopped at 4pm on Weds. No donuts. Nothing. It's a donut shop. Judging by the reviews lately it's not a shock.

there are a few employees at this store who care about their job and respect customers, but most don’t want to be there and are rude to customers. every time i have gone to this location my drink is incorrect and i’m given an attitude when i ask for it remade. i have a friend who can’t have caffeine due to health issues (we have made them aware of this everyday) and one day she was given green tea. save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

When it first opened it was great but its now run by drugged up low lives. I ordered a drive up, proceeded to go through the drive-thru I talked to them and told them I was here then drove up to the window and waited and waited until no one came. I had to go around and park and go inside to get my order. I went inside and the guy behind the counter was obviously high on something unaware of what was going on around him laughing and giggling completely zoned out. there was a girl in the back who looked out at me when I first went in and said nothing and completely ignored me until he came and finally delivered my drink which I then had to throw out, since I'm not drinking something made by druggies. Given it's location it doesn't surprise me, I'm amazed at how fast it went down hill

I would highly recommend nobody go to the sunken. Up until about a month ago this was a great Duncan to go to but with the new crew and management, it's an absolute Nightmare and disgrace. Every time I've gone they have messed up my order, have given me an attitude giving me my drink or I'm still charged me the same price but giving me something different. I stopped ordering food because for some reason taking cheese off of a sandwich is incomprehensible. The food I still get is cold. I got Bagel Bites twice and they were still cold in the middle and slightly frozen. I ordered a cold brew for one day and told me that they had cold brew and when I took a drink when I left it was that mixture of regular coffee and espresso shot. Sorry but not sorry it is not the same thing. I had to call and ask if they had cold brew and then they got quiet and told me that they're making a fresh batch and that I could come back to get a new drink. Listen, if you don't have the drinks or you're out of it and you need to be transparent with your customers. After five times of the consistency of mess ups and charges that shouldn't have happened, I'm no longer going here. Another thing is is that I remember they had chocolate double Donuts on the menu, I used to get one once a week and then when the new crew left, the new crew says that they never had them and that they never carry them. So when I went to a Dunkin where the old crew members worked into a second Dunkin they said that they always have them and have no idea why they would tell me that. Yesterday I ordered an iced tea unsweetened with two shots of the peach juice from their signature drink. They laughed at me and gave me an attitude with my drink. Today I asked for the same thing and I got a messed up drink again I didn't have it and I just left. So unless you want to waste your money here, go for it. Otherwise I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my iced tea and Order correct. Such a shame too. You call me a Karen I don't care you can make fun of me for this but Duncan is known for its consistency and this is a terrible way to run its business. Local business and small business need your money more than they do anyway. If the employees and managers do not care then neither should you.

A new record, 13 minutes at the drive-thru window waiting on an iced coffee at 9:15. They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. You could have a thriving business off the people bailing out of the line or deciding not to pull in due to the length of the line.
