This location continually makes my coffee incorrectly. I only go in the evening but it's like they don't even look at the sticker and just add what they want. So frustrating.

Every time I visit my mother in lititz I stop here every morning of my stay. The staff are very friendly and move with urgency. My order is perfect every time. It's clean inside and the drive thru moves quickly.

I made an order for drive thru and ended up having to go into the store. When I told them this the guy said you have to go to drive thru even though my drink was sitting right there. He then just walked away without giving me a second word. Finally got my coffee in the drive thru and it was terrible

Stopped here to get some work done on a late Saturday afternoon, and since all the small coffee shops in Lititz were packed due to some sort of activities, I chose Dunkin'. The service was excellent, the Chai Latte was good, the place was very bright and clean, including the men's restroom. The staff was super polite, I even heard one of the cashiers thank a veteran for his service as he left.
The only reason I did not give it a five was due to the loud music playing the whole time I was there, about an hour and a half. I was the only customer in the Dunkin', and the music was very loud and distracting, including at least one song with much profanity, called Last Resort, by a band called Papa Roach. This song especially seemed a bit rough to have on in the background of a place like Dunkin'. It looked like the music was coming from a radio station WQXA, 105.7.
So well done on everything except the music!

i ordered my coffee with vanilla flavoring and when i tried it i didn’t taste any. i go back and politely ask for a correction and im told “no one heard that we only heard a latte with blueberry.” the male with glasses that told me this wasn’t even the individual that took my order. They added flavoring to my coffees however, this isn’t the first time i had to return my coffee to this location for a correction. Mistakes happen but politely asking for a change and the worker wanting to argue about what i asked for to me is just unprofessional, especially when he didn’t even take my order. You’re better off going to the ephrata location.
