Had a room on the 3rd floor "Rock Block." The rock block has a handful of private rooms that share a common kitchen, laundry and sitting room. Each room has a private bathroom/shower. Our room had a large shower with plenty of hot water. Service was excellent and the inn was very clean and well kept. The inn is situated in a great spot for exploring Lititz. Plenty of food and drink locations within walking distance including the outstanding English pub located within the inn itself.

This place isn't that great but it's in the coolest little town in

Reasonably priced food and wonderful service.
The restaurant was nice and comfortable. The drinks were good. Crab cakes and Fisherman's Pie needed more seasoning. Dessert was good.

Odd experience here, however, I will start with the good. It is a cute little historical hotel in a great location. They do have off street parking, which was great! The room was clean and large. Right across the hall they had a little kitchenette area where you could store food, get ice, etc. When I booked the room online it said it slept 3 people, I didn't realize they were counting the couch as a sleeping option (was not a pull out couch). Even though there were only 2 of us, we did want separate places to sleep. The woman at the front desk quickly brought us a roll away mattress but made a comment and looked around the room as she asked us if there were only 2 of us. The next part is for the restaurant downstairs. After coming back for the evening we wanted a nightcap and a dessert to split. The woman working at the restaurant was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. I can't actually ever remember someone ever acting like that when I've dined out. She told us first that she wasn't informed we only wanted dessert (it was 9pm and not busy at all). Then she took all our napkins and silverware away. When she brought the dessert out we asked if we could have some spoons and napkins. Once I was finished she asked if I wanted another sticky pudding and she found this quite hilarious. This was a bizarre dining experience. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again, but I would never ever recommend dining in the restaurant here.

We haven’t stayed here, but we have dinner here when we are in town. The food is always delicious, and the service is spot on (I always feel like the staff is trained to say “yes” to whatever is asked of them!).
Tonight was the first time my husband used the bathroom, and he was surprised to find “Pearl,” a mannequin in a bathtub, in the men’s room.
I am not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, and given the sign in the corner over Pearl’s head, I have to think management thinks this is cute. But, for an inn of this sort, I find it wildly inappropriate, and entirely cringey.

Thanks giving meal was good as was service. However, a buffet with regular roast beef & not prime rib was not as good a value as it could have been.
I was really excited to stay at the Inn but it’s incredibly loud and not relaxing at all as a result. Loud music was playing and I heard another guest complaining about it. There were kids yelling in the hallway. Traffic is also audible. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat I don’t recommend it.

I recently had dinner and drinks at the restaurant with a group of 4 couples, 8 total people. I had high hopes because typically the town is very charming with good food. Unfortunately this restaurant did not have great food. I ordered the steak tartare and it tasted rancid! The pungent awful smell and taste made me fearful that I would get food poisoning. It was inedible.
In addition to the questionable food, the dining room was also extremely hot because it did not have proper ventilation. This was evident because everyone in the room was fanning themselves or kept going into the hallway for air. In addition to the inedible food and sweaty dining area, they also charge a surcharge on their bill which was not mentioned.
In visiting years prior the food was so much better, the service was high quality, and it was more of a dining experience. Sadly, now I would rank this restaurant lower than a Ruby Tuesdays.

“You should be Really, Really Proud of Jeff”
I really wanted to share a very special experience and why I wanted to leave a review….
The other day I was having a case of the Mondays’, I came to the Bulls Head just to get out of the house to relax, decompress, and enjoy some of the best food Lititz has to offer…. (It’s the only place I’ll recommend to anyone honestly) anyway, when I sat down, Your server….
(….I came to Learn His Name is Jeff today and that He’s been there for four years)
….Turned My day completely around by Coming to the table, smiling, asking how I’d been and by remembering me, He is Really Incredibly Superb, for all the many times I’ve visited and just kind of find a little out of the way corner to sit in and can remember Jeff has been The one person that stands out as someone who I’ve personally witnessed always Sharing a laugh or kind word to others, and by serving Your customers with the greatest Kindness, and attention to detail, He make sure they have everything they need and does it with extra Care and kindness by going the extra mile for your customers, I sincerely hope you’ll applaud him and continue to reward him with a career that He can find the same great joys and rewards He leaves in the minds of your customers from the times they’re lucky enough to have him come by their table to deliver the food, or to clean things up, He really cares, and You can see that, It’s not often You come across someone with more things than I can count that come to mind and comprise of His qualities That you either have or you don’t, and How You can’t Teach the level of customer service He Provides, He really completely turned the day around for me the other day by being genuinely kind and interested in making One of your customers days’ a little nicer, a little more polite, and Remembered just another one of your “Regulars” That mattered, that meant something To me that I needed to completely change the day, I hope his kindness is returned to him ten fold and that the owners of this establishment really take a moment and give this Incredible Guy a “Job Well Done” and Lift him up for any good advancements or raises within your company that He can Have because there’s someone who Is clearly dedicated to your business, your customer base, is super friendly, level-Headed, and has an incredible Sense of how to treat your customers, I’ve seen it from him an infinite number of times when I’ve been in, I’m fortunate to have been one of the customers He’s made a difference to, I don’t know how many greater opportunities You have to give or “advancements” there are within your business, But I sincerely hope if there are any you’ll consider him, because that’s one person Who I know will only make you glad you did, Like I said, it’s not often You come across an all star top performer like this who’s always on the top of his game, is present, is friendly, goes above and beyond and really doesn’t just meet the bar for customer service and excellence when it comes to personality, He far exceeds it, Being in the service industry is often such a Thankless experience, I’ve owned A handful of incredibly successful Bed And Breakfasts’, A Restaurant, and a Hair salon and let me tell you, Jeff is someone who any business owner would be blessed to have, and who I would give every great promotion I had to, I hope his career is profitable, I Hope He holds his Head High, and Continues to know and remember what a little kindness can do, and how that extra care and going out of your way for others even just momentarily can make all the difference in their day
Thank You

We had friends visiting from out of state and enjoyed the charm of the main Dining Room. Our server, Belle, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the food was very mediocre. I was looking forward to a Fall Margarita and was told there was no more apple cider, despite it being 6:30 pm Saturday on a fall evening. 3 of us ordered the Fisherman’s Pie which was more pie (mashed potatoes) than fish.
An old, quaint, hotel with charm and character. Very nice pub that's connected to the hotel! Excellent beer and bourbon selection. Kind and courteous staff. Great location downtown! Parking is included which is awesome.
Would stay here again!
