No one in their right mind would continue to support this business after knowing that they have dr@9 kw€€n shows here. Normal, decent folks, please take your business elsewhere.

Had a room on the 3rd floor "Rock Block." The rock block has a handful of private rooms that share a common kitchen, laundry and sitting room. Each room has a private bathroom/shower. Our room had a large shower with plenty of hot water. Service was excellent and the inn was very clean and well kept. The inn is situated in a great spot for exploring Lititz. Plenty of food and drink locations within walking distance including the outstanding English pub located within the inn itself.

This place isn't that great but it's in the coolest little town in

Reasonably priced food and wonderful service.

The restaurant was nice and comfortable. The drinks were good. Crab cakes and Fisherman's Pie needed more seasoning. Dessert was good.

We were there for the Fire & Ice festival, and were disappointed to be handed a special menu for the festival, which was quite limited. We ate in the dining room section, thinking it would be quieter than the bar. The noise level was so high we couldn't hear each other speak without yelling. The food wasn't bad, but was mediocre at best. Our party of 4 had the fish pie, the tomato soup and grilled cheese, open face turkey sandwich and crab cake sandwich. The grilled cheese was quite greasy and the added croutons in the soup made the whole dish too carb and grease heavy. The crab cake sandwich had an overabundance of crispy onions. The french fries were good. Dessert of deconstructed cheesecake was like spackle, and the strawberry chocolate chip ice cream was met with a frown from our friend. The service, however, was excellent, and the high point of the meal. We won't be going back.

While the ambience is lovely, both the food and service were disappointing. The almond flounder was dry, and it was difficult to spot the almonds. We asked for lemons after flagging the server down, midway through the meal.

Super friendly and efficient service in a comfy atmosphere with yummy comfort food on this chilly eve. We loved the chicken & leek pie, shepard's pie & the wings. We'll definitely return!

Odd experience here, however, I will start with the good. It is a cute little historical hotel in a great location. They do have off street parking, which was great! The room was clean and large. Right across the hall they had a little kitchenette area where you could store food, get ice, etc. When I booked the room online it said it slept 3 people, I didn't realize they were counting the couch as a sleeping option (was not a pull out couch). Even though there were only 2 of us, we did want separate places to sleep. The woman at the front desk quickly brought us a roll away mattress but made a comment and looked around the room as she asked us if there were only 2 of us. The next part is for the restaurant downstairs. After coming back for the evening we wanted a nightcap and a dessert to split. The woman working at the restaurant was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. I can't actually ever remember someone ever acting like that when I've dined out. She told us first that she wasn't informed we only wanted dessert (it was 9pm and not busy at all). Then she took all our napkins and silverware away. When she brought the dessert out we asked if we could have some spoons and napkins. Once I was finished she asked if I wanted another sticky pudding and she found this quite hilarious. This was a bizarre dining experience. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again, but I would never ever recommend dining in the restaurant here.

We haven’t stayed here, but we have dinner here when we are in town. The food is always delicious, and the service is spot on (I always feel like the staff is trained to say “yes” to whatever is asked of them!).

Tonight was the first time my husband used the bathroom, and he was surprised to find “Pearl,” a mannequin in a bathtub, in the men’s room.

I am not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, and given the sign in the corner over Pearl’s head, I have to think management thinks this is cute. But, for an inn of this sort, I find it wildly inappropriate, and entirely cringey.

Tried the Almond Crusted Flounder and it was excellent- definitely will order again. My husband had the Fish and Chips and he said he would also order again. Finished with the Sticky Toffee Pudding - delicious! Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. One of the best spots in Lititz - you can't beat the charm.
