Had a room on the 3rd floor "Rock Block." The rock block has a handful of private rooms that share a common kitchen, laundry and sitting room. Each room has a private bathroom/shower. Our room had a large shower with plenty of hot water. Service was excellent and the inn was very clean and well kept. The inn is situated in a great spot for exploring Lititz. We were there for the Fire & Ice festival, and were disappointed to be handed a special menu for the festival, which was quite limited. We ate in the dining room section, thinking it would be quieter than the bar. The noise level was so high we couldn't hear each other speak without yelling. While the ambience is lovely, both the food and service were disappointing. The almond flounder was dry, and it was difficult to spot the almonds. We asked for lemons after flagging the server down, midway through the meal.
